Under our service agreement, TalentsLeap provides services related to job posting, candidate recruitment, placement, invoicing, and handling of payments.
- How is an account manager assigned to clients?
Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as the primary point of contact for all services provided.
- Can clients post job openings and set fees on TalentsLeap’s platform?
Yes, clients have the ability to post job openings, set the salary range for potential candidates, and determine the fee for each new position on our platform.
- How are salary and agency fees determined?
The client’s job post submission finalizes the candidate’s annual gross salary and the agency fee, which are subject to our predefined thresholds.
- What are the payment terms for successful candidate placement?
Upon successful candidate placement, we invoice the client, who is then required to remit payment within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- What is the candidate warranty and replacement policy?
We offer a six-month warranty for each candidate placed. If the candidate leaves within six months, we endeavor to replace them within three months or refund 80% of the fee if a suitable replacement isn’t found.
- What are the client’s responsibilities in the agreement?
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for all activities under their account.
- Are there any prohibited activities for clients using TalentsLeap’s services?
Clients must not use our services to post false, misleading, unlawful, or offensive content.
- How does TalentsLeap handle data protection and privacy?
We process personal data received under this agreement in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
- What happens in the case of a dispute?
Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than litigation, in the specified location.
