Choose the Agencies: Decide how many agencies you’d like to have work on your job opening.

Candidate Screening: The selected agencies will start sourcing and submitting candidates to us.

Candidate Submission: We curate and present you with the best candidates suited for your role.

Candidate Processing: We facilitate the hiring process, communicating on your behalf until the candidate is hired.

Invoice & Payment: Once the hiring process is complete, we’ll send an invoice. After receiving the payment, we deduct our commission and the rest is paid to the recruitment agency.
